Common questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and no monthly fee. You buy credits once and they sit in your account until you use them.
What is your refund policy?
Credit purchases are final. Credits are delivered immediately to your account and can be spent right away, so we do not issue refunds for unused or used credits. We do honor duplicate or unauthorized charges. See the Refund Policy page for the full details.
How does pricing per cover work?
Standard costs 3 credits per cover, Premium costs 6, and Ultra costs 10. So a $9.99 Creator pack of 100 credits gives you 33 covers at the Standard rate, 16 at Premium, or 10 at Ultra.
Why is the Creator pack the best value?
Starter is $0.30 per credit. Creator drops to $0.10 per credit, three times cheaper. Most artists pick Creator.
Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Your credits stay in your account indefinitely. Use them today, next month, or next year.
Can I use covers on Spotify, Apple Music, vinyl, etc.?
Yes. Every cover generated with paid credits comes with a full commercial license for any platform or physical release.
