Refund Policy

1. Summary

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the charge clears. Credits are a digital product delivered immediately to your account on CoverArtGenerator.ai, and once delivered they are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable to another account. This page explains why and what we do offer instead.

2. Our refund policy

When you buy a credit pack from CoverArtGenerator.ai, the credits are added to your account as soon as Stripe confirms your payment. Because the credits are delivered digitally and can be spent immediately on AI image generation, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or store credit for purchased packs, whether the credits have been spent or not.

This applies to:

• Unused credits sitting in your account.
• Credits already spent on generations or downloads.
• Generations you are not satisfied with creatively.
• Generations that produce content you find unexpected, off-brand, or hard to use.
• Account closures and inactivity.
• Changes you make to the prompt or upload after the fact.

If you are not sure whether the Service will work for your project, the free watermarked preview lets you generate without paying first. We strongly recommend using the free preview before purchasing a credit pack.

3. Limited exceptions

We will issue a refund in the limited cases below. Email support@ctrlmusicgroup.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge with your Stripe receipt and a short description of the issue.

• Duplicate or unintended charge. Stripe charged you twice for the same pack, or you were charged for a pack you did not authorize.
• System failure. The Service was unable to deliver any credits at all after a successful charge and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
• Required by law. A consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund that overrides this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

4. No subscription, no auto-renewal

CoverArtGenerator.ai does not sell subscriptions. Every credit pack is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. If you do not buy another pack, you will not be charged again.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@ctrlmusicgroup.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly. We treat fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks filed for credits that were delivered and used) as a violation of our Terms of Service, which may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

6. How to contact us

For refund inquiries within the limited exceptions above, email support@ctrlmusicgroup.com with the Stripe receipt and your account email. We typically respond within two business days.
